Smile as hard as you can, and at the same time put your fingers on top of the cheek bones. Push down as hard as you can at the same time as holding the grin. Face the mirror and only using one side of your face, grin as wide as you can on that side. Pull up the cheek muscle as hard as you can and hold it for a few seconds and then repeat this about 10 times, then change over to the other side of your face and start again.
